I came across a video today that I think everyone should take a moment to watch (it is below).  In today's world, we get caught up in me, me, me.  I have always been a big believer that one small act of kindness can make an impact on the entire world.  Just as a small pebble falling into a pond can have a ripple effect, so too with people. Once small act today can make very large impacts even years later.  Most of the time, these acts won't cost you a cent, but it will really make a big difference in the live of the recipient.  Once a week, try to take a moment and help someone at random.  As you begin to do it, you will begin to no longer do it to meet your once a week goal.  it willeventually become engrained in you, transforming you into a person who helps others.  Once small pebble can make a ripple.  Many small pebbles can make a big splash.  Who can you help today?
